In this document, "cxwelcom", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the cxwelcom.org online gaming platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on cxwelcom.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

• A valid email address is required for registration, and email verification is mandatory
• An OTP will be sent to verify your mobile number
• Account passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited

You must be at least 18 years old to join cxwelcom. This is not just a rule — it is our commitment to protecting minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you will need to submit one of the following documents:

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals exceeding BDT 5,000 may be held until KYC is complete. The verification process is generally completed within 24–48 hours.

• Multiple bonuses may not be used together unless explicitly stated in the offer
• A maximum bet amount applies when playing with bonus funds — typically BDT 500 per round

All games on cxwelcom use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and impartial. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is published on its information page.

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, cxwelcom will settle the round based on server logs. If server logs are unavailable, the stake will be refunded. In any dispute regarding game outcomes, server records are considered final.

For Sports Betting, bets can be cancelled before the match starts. Once a bet is confirmed in Live Betting, it cannot be changed. cxwelcom reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect odds or odds resulting from a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cxwelcom and will result in account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts per person are not permitted
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses to manipulate the system

• At the user's own request

You can also close your account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to you — however, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the return of your balance is not guaranteed.

Cxwelcom makes every effort to keep its platform running smoothly and free of errors. However, cxwelcom is not liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

Cxwelcom is not liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect losses — including lost income, business losses, or emotional distress. All users should be aware of the financial risks involved in gaming before they begin.

Cxwelcom reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
